Nurburgring, sometime in Aug/Sept

Taking my annual visit to the Nurburgring to rag round there.
Anyone want to join my convoy.
If you have never been before you really don't know what your missing.
All I can say is the feeling you get before you start a lap is only bettered (and only really slightly bettered) by the feeling you get on World Final night after the cars start their rolling lap.
from M1/M25 area its about 800 mile round, ferrys are about £80, accomodation right near the Ring is about £40 per night and its about £10 a lap but really most cars would only manage about 5 to 10 laps per day.
Normally leave on a Friday and come back on a Sunday.

Why not combine it with Venray and go to the Ring on the Mon/Tues after? It's not that far away and its quite a scenic drive in parts. (Don't go on the Fri before though because the Le Mans Series is there Fri/Sat/Sun)

As I dont really follow any drivers in particular Shocked

suppose there is no reason why i couldnt do that.
Agree there are some fantastic roads, even when the cops nab you at 165mph.
They dont always catch you though. Evil or Very Mad
