| reliant robin N reg door got ripped off in a gust of wind  (winter use only when we used to have bad winters , using motorbike wud have been too cold ! )
Hillman avenger , L reg '72 blew engine on the way to sheffield christmas meeting, head on written off , not my fault,

My first car was a Maxi! It had been my grandad's. He died just after I passed my test and my grandma gave me the car. A 1975 Maxi Mk1 1750. It was a beauty!  |

Wasn't on the M1 near Watford Gap was it? We were on our way to Hiighbury to watch Sheffield Wednesday in our 3 litre Capri and a Robin fair flew past us, 2 minutes later we saw a bloke walking down the hard shoulder with a car door under his arm, 100m further on was a Reliant Robin with a door missing......hilarious....
