Those are pretty impressive entries, I can't wait. Let's hope for decent weather....planning to do my bit for the local economy by consuming plenty of Cornish ale and pasties lol!

Trying not to sound too pedantic, but after reading the St. Columb preview, it won't be an F2 track debut for 935 Nathan Maidment.....he raced as a white top on 4 July 2006......I only know that as I've just been looking through my pics!

That rustling sound is me taking my anorak off Embarassed

At least two of you will be in Cornwall keeping the local economy going, have a pastie and a beer or two for me as well, it will make me feel better when in reality I'm at work !!

What's the odds on Speaky turning up then ?

Bookings are currently sitting at:

St Day 49
St Columb 53
Taunton 56

If the two Cornish tracks get those entries, they will break the previous records set.

Also, for those looking for somewhere to stay over the few days in question...

Autospeed have made special arrangements with Trevornick Holiday Park, who have kindly offered to set aside a separate camping field for folk on the World Championship Stock Car Tour.

Trevornick Holiday Park and Holywell Bay Fun Park sit right next to one another, on the north west outskirts of Newquay – just off the A3075.

It would be tremendous if many of the visiting racegoers could congregate there for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evening. Trevornick Holiday Park is ideally located – being within half an hour’s travel of both St Day and St Columb. It is easy to find, very handy to Newquay, has outstanding views, and superb facilities. If you are interested in staying there, please call them, and ask to speak to Sam, who will be handling bookings for the World Championship Stock Car Tour. You are advised to call Sam any day, except for a Tuesday or a Thursday.

Crykey theres some miles being put in there. 854 Robbie Dawson lives up near Crimond I believe and 500 Stuart Anderson from Scotland as well.

I will be making my first ever visit to Cornwall this year for these 3 meetings and cant wait.

Trevornick is a fantastic camp site, been there the last four years, swimming pool, bar, amusements arcade and the fun park has two go kart tracks, one for the little ones and one for the big ones !!

If you like sand and beaches a ten minite walk through the dunes and over the golf course takes you to heaven !!
