Anyone who punches anyone in the mouth should be banned for life IMO

well if he hadnt been cheating he probably wouldnt have won the final meaning he wouldnt have been trying to get a stoppage so he could get up the places in the national by putting the boy in so the boy wouldnt have lost the plot and went for him not sayin violence in racing is rite but the situation would never have happened if he wasnt cheating,

So let me get this straight........If Mr green had 'not' been on a dodgy tyre, this driver would 'not' have punched him in the face....Hmm...That makes sence scratch

The fact is if he loses the plot that quick the boy should'nt be sat in a stock car or any other car, and should be banned !!

There is no justification for hitting someone. Anyone that wants a fight should be banned for a long long time if you ask me. Especially if the person in question is who I think it is - in which case I'm sure they were banned not long ago for a similar thing?!

Unbelievable! What a load of juvenile jibberish.......... 'Poor guy'? How anyone can attempt to justify such action is beyond me. Good riddance, IF it is all true.

Also - IF it is true someone has cheated - yet again in the sport - the ban should stick. NO cheats should be tolerated.

Shame to see Nigel getting a ban. I'm not particularly an F2 fan and know little of the issues, so cannot comment on the details, but if the rules have been broken then I suppose it must stand.

The only thing I would say, as an F1 fan who cathces the 2's when they support, primarily at Northampton and sometimes at Cov, Nigel Green, along with Mick Sworder, are probably the two most entertaining drivers, and the two I watch the most. In terms of gettng me through the gate, these are the two names i would look out for first. And yet, when you read some F2 fans comments (usually on other forums) you get comments basically saying these drivers can 'go away' and race somewhere else due to the apparent hatred around.

All I can say is, hopefully drivers with the charisma and ability of both Nigel and Mick will 'go away' and come and race the F1's. We've already seen Mick in them and Nigel would be a great addition.

I bet they are - it's only some[b] of the so called fans that get their knickers in a twist about these on track rivalries (same as with Smithy and FWJ in the 1's) . I am sure the majority of drivers read a lot of the drivel on these forums and laugh about it amongst themselves. Dare I say they may even conspire together to give the fans what they want a la Sworder and Green at the World Masters!!??!!! Heaven forbid - there'll be a new 'conspiracy theory' thread start up now that racing is fixed!!!! Shocked
