Jesus!! I've heard stories of this down the years, but I thought they were just exaggerated and he leapt higher every time the story was told, but now I've seen it for myself...........well, that's just flipping mental!! Laughing

Love the way he just fires it up and drives off! Phil Haigh was always great to watch. Always remember seeing him fence Rob Pearce at Long Eaton, then proceed to shower him with shale for the rest of the race as he went broadside through turns one and two! lol!

Even got my name on his car for a quid too! What a legend he was!! cheers

As I posted about any other moments that fit the bill, i think you would have to include this...

Having wound up the Scots at any opportunity (notice McWood above the front window ) Deane built this 3 wheeler for the grand parade at the Spedeweekend, and as the front shows demolished it with some fun and games around the grand parade. eventually to be hoisted on Jarmans car as a trophy. Spedeweekends Parades were a joy to behold, (anyone remember those two ladies on Mick Conlons Stock rod !!!) and were a major part of a great weekend.

Any other memorables from any formula's ?
