Great effort by Dave and the team. I like his driving style. Just one thing...........I wish he'd smile a bit when they take his photo with the chequered flag !

Heres a few stats :

100 meetings = 340 races

27,500 miles (approx)

£8,000 (approx) in diesel - by far the biggest expense of the year

£2,000 race car fuel

based on an average speed of 50mph - 22.92 days sitting in the van!

Average speed 50 mph. That's not the Polley van Ive seen passing me a few times this season !!!!

No wonder Dave struggles to raise a smile for the cameras - the poor bugger is knackered from all that travelling.
