Top pics as always spannerman. But how come the Speedworth V8's are still using Hoosier tires......I thought the F1's said they could not use them due to something to do with the chemicals in them?

Not sure if they are the control tyre for V8 or not maybe just using up some old stock scratch

Thanks for the replies. I have just found the Speedworth rules page here http://www.spedeworth.co.uk/rules.php and sure enough Hoosier are the control tire for superstox and one of 4 approved makes for v8 stox. A few other items stand out...... fuel tanks for one, it shows in the diagram that the tank has to be bagged in fireproof material (no mention of this at all in the fuel tank section though and seems strange it does not say it has to be leak proof as well). It would be good if the different formulas could get their heads together and read each others rule books and draw the best bits of them out in the name of improving safety.
Sorry for hijacking your cracking photos Spannerman.
