Well it might be a better alternative to the Northampton event post world final.....cheaper and its on dirt. For any track chasers coming over from Holland this must on the hit list.
Post code DE13 9PD should get you within a few metres of the track.

Also this weekend at Brampton there are 55 cars booked for their semis (including some familiar names). Looks reasonable at 10 for adults/under 16's 3/oap's 5 and under 5's free.
The track should be spot on after a light soaking today.

That sounds good. We need cheap and cheerful racing to get folk involved without the big league mentality; who can't seem to decide what they truly are and what direction they are going in (they all go round in circles......just that some know what's happening around them).
I feel the Dutch are now loosing their way and trying to copy our tracks.....the ditches are disappearing fast and the tracks are getting more predictable, along with the racing. Innovate not replicate and keep it fresh.

Totally agree about Holland did like the ditches has it made it something different also used to love going over there as they had different cars where has most are similar to ours or are British built. Also love going to family run or club run tracks as there always something different might not be up to proper stock car stadium but you can't knock the efforts that they put in to get the show on

I think you have hit the nail on the head regarding offering something different. The promotors seem to treat their customers with contempt and offer the same old fare meeting after meeting; relying solely on the drivers to create the atmosphere and talking points. Thats not promoting in my eyes.

A big well done to Daz on his victory (is Speaky coming to play next season?).
As a side note what was I saying about contempt and relying on the drivers..........(big league promotors take note).
