Did Stuart become Wildcat, or did the car already have Wildcat painted on it before he got it off Albert Tiger Griffin?

Happy New Year

Stuart became the Wildcat himself. When he bought the Albert Griffin car it came fitted with a Chevy engine, but he then fitted a more powerful 425 ci Buick Wildcat engine into the car in late 1967 and hence the "Wildcat" legend was born.

Thanks for that Chris.

Many thanks
